Products are all listed in millimetres, I need to know the gauge size
Our list of items are mainly listed with diameters in millimetres.Many people work with wire "Gauges", and at the bottom of the store sections we have a section called "Useful Data" which currently holds conversion data for "Standard Wire Gauge" (SWG) to millimetres and American Wire Gauge" (AWG) to millimetres.Or, click here to go to the conversion tables. |

Proceed with the checkout on any other country, and then beneath the shipping & handling for "Enter any special instructions for this order:", state that your country is not listed. Complete the order and we will calculate the carriage and notify you by email. |
I don't want to put my card details over the internet, what do I do?
On our site you can place your order online without entering your card details.- during checkout, under "Payment Method", select "card details sent separately" and then complete the order.You will need give your details my phone or fax to us (do not email - it is even worse to email as it is not encrypted information), we will require your order number when you contact us. |

How much carriage will my order be?
It is best for the site to calculate the carriage for you.Proceed as though you are placing your order on the website - checkout, and enter your address details, and the next page the site will calculate the shipping options based on the items in your cart and your shipping address.
