Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

PAYMENT BY CARD

If payment is made by a credit card registered in another currency, the order will be charged in GBP and the card issuer will convert the GBP order amount back to your currency at their published rate & foreign exchange charges.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta and Switch/Maestro. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

Orders will be charged on day of despatch and are all charged in GBP Pounds Sterling.

Shipping And Handling

FOR SHIPPING TO UK ADDRESSES:

Shipping and handling charge for delivery in the UK is from £3.20 (via "Royal Tracked 48")

Online prices are for website orders only.

Prices for offline orders (verbal/fax/email) can be subject to surcharges due to extra overheads involved.

We also offer a DPD Local "Pack" Service which are specially discounted from our standard rates for orders upto 4kgs.

The customer should check the email order confirmation to verify that the order includes an accurate delivery address. Once the order is collected by our shipping partner, they will keep you informed via email or SMS regarding the delivery progress. For shipping services that require a signature, kindly ensure someone will be available to sign for the goods on the scheduled delivery day. In the event that your package cannot be successfully delivered, please follow their instructions for further steps. Should your order be returned to us, we will pass on any return delivery charges made by the shipper back on your order, and if you still require your order, a another shipping charge will be necessary.

For UK orders, please ensure the correct "County" is selected, We are unable to check the validity of a County so if it is incorrect, any extra charges by the carrier or post office will be added to your order and the difference to be paid.

## UK Customers only: We we can only send orders over £50.00 containing Silver by "Royal Mail Special Delivery". If we receive such an order with the wrong shipping method, the shipping will be changed to "Royal Mail Special Delivery" and any difference in the charges will be applied to the invoice.

When choosing shipping method, shipping method times are not a guarantee of how quickly you will receive the item from time of order. Those times are only valid from time of despatch, see further below under "Delivery Schedule" for order assembling, picking and despatch times - if goods are required by a certain date, please enter those details in the "Special Order Instructions" box during checkout.

Royal Mail advises "Tracked 24/48" is not a guaranteed 24/48 hour service, but "Special Delivery" is guaranteed (with certain postcodes are not guaranteed, eg certain highlands/islands locations)

BREXIT

From 1st January 2021, the UK has left the EU and the following changes now apply:

Delivery Schedule

Most orders are processed and despatched within 1 working day of receipt of order.

Bespoke items that require re-winding, metering, manufacture will take longer.

In all other cases we will endeavour to deliver as soon as all items are available as required.

Exceptions : We are closed for all UK national holidays, and we are closed for 1 week during Christmas Holiday period, so please allow extra 1-5 working days for orders to be processed.

Returns Policy

The customer must inspect the products as soon as possible after direct delivery. If there is noticeable damage on a delivery where a signature is required, please sign the delivery "RECEIVED DAMAGED".

Your rights to return goods are protected under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days and return the goods within a further 14 days for a full refund of goods plus basic cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.

We are unable to refund items that are made specially for an order

(eg. Items sold in specific metres or kilos, ie 3 mtr Silver Wire is a specially made order)

Please ensure all returns are packed well for a safe return with a covering letter quoting the order number.

For all returns: Return carriage is the responsibility of the buyer. For an order that was sent by carrier and is subsequently refused, any charges from the carrier relating to a "refusal" and the order's return will be deducted from any refund that is due on the material.
